Such an analysis also has important implications for human resource professionals when planning educational and training strategies. They can better accommodate the needs of employees with this information.

On the contrary, there is a need to approach such a tool with caution as it can be easily misused. This raises ethical concerns regarding the thorough examination of outcomes.
