The peer-reviewed Journal entitled “Happiness Studies,” devotes its work on the specific scientific methods that are subjective to our well being. It includes such things as cognitive evaluation in matters of life-satisfaction, such as enjoyment of life to the fullest and boosting of the mood level. In the general appraisal of life, the journal states the important factors such as job satisfaction, and how as human beings we are able to determine the life-aspect as seen in the reality of life.

logy. The concept is well explained in the sense of conceptualization, explanation, imagination, and measurement (Yang et al 25). The second peer-review journal is dubbed “My happiness, My choice.” It analyses the benefits of staying stress-free in our life. Psychiatry expertise have proved out that are functioning of the brain and the blood system is boosted by the amount of time we stay being happy. So do you choose to be happy and boost your body functioning or you choose anger that will lead to depression?
